Mr Khalid Mohammad Alsharshani, the first secretary at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to South Africa, received a courtesy visit from Mr Hassene Hellal, the Minister Counsellor at the embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to South Africa.
