H.E Mubarak Ben Nasser Al Khalifa, the ambassador of the State of Qatar to South Africa, offered his condolences at the High Commission for the Republic of Namibia in Pretoria, on the passing of H.E Dr. Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma, the founding President of the Republic of Namibia.
